Okay, I am feeling the need to vent a little today. The reason for my frustration is the fact that my almost 10 MONTH old still doesn't sleep through the night! He goes down around 9:30pm and without fail cries at least 2 times throughout the night and for at least 30 minutes a time. It is very exhausting to listen to. We do not go up and get him, but still we are up just listening to the monitor. I don't know if it is because he is exclusively breastfed? Or just very spoiled! I have been offering a full bottle instead of nursing the past few nights, but there is only so much milk that you can get down before he falls into that "limp noodle" sleep. I think if he was a newborn and I knew there was an end in sight I could handle being tired, but I can't seem to see the end at this point.
Oh well! Okay I feel better now! Here's something cool........ Emory is 100% potty trained now and even has dry diapers overnight! Woohooo! It is so nice not to have to change a 2 year olds poopy's anymore.

I feel so bad for you. I know EXACTLY what that is like. Remember Mia didn't sleep through the night consistently until she was 15 months. I hope that doesn't happen to you. It is heart breaking to hear them cry, but you almost get mad at the too! I don't have any advice, but there is an end in sight. He won't be screaming when he's 18. :) Ha ha. I'm sorry, couldn't resist.
Good news about the potty training. I am so frustrated with that one. Mia just DOES NOT want to have anything to do with it. I hate diapers!!!!!!
